Application and VISA procedure

1. Complete the contact form here.

2. Email image scans of necessary documents required by Vietnamese education law to registrar.office@ttu.edu.vn:

• • Unofficial high school transcript
  • High school diploma
  • Unofficial academic transcript
  • Certified doctor's report (signed and stamped) clearly stating your ability for overseas travel and study, dated not more than 6 months prior to application
  • Passport
  • Visa showing clearance during expected travel and study time in country
  • Certified letter, signed and stamped with university seal, from your university recommending you for coursework at Tan Tao University

3. Arrange an interview with faculty members (via Skype or Facebook Messenger).

4. After receiving our letter of acceptance, submit it when you complete your visa application by email with the Vietnam Embassy in Washington DC (if US passport holder) or by online form with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if not a US passport holder). Visa applications must include a copy of our letter of acceptance.

5. All document image scans sent via email must be submitted as hard-copy documents to the Registrar upon arriving at Tan Tao University as required by Vietnamese education law:

  • Original and one certified copy of high school transcript
  • Original and one certified copy of diploma
  • Official academic transcript
  • Medical examination certificate issued within 6 months from the date of application by competent health authorities of the sending country or by Vietnamese central, municipal or provincial medical bodies, clearly stating that the applicant is healthy and fit for overseas study.

  • Visa showing clearance during expected travel and study time in country
  • Certified letter, signed and stamped with university seal, from your university recommending you for summer coursework at Tan Tao University

6. Also submit 2 photos sized 3x4 cm and 2 photos sized 4x6cm with full name and date of birth written on back of each photo.
